Renovations at Centre René-Veillet and how this affects Park Players of Greenfield Park
The City of Longueuil has decided to do some much needed major renovations at the Centre René-Veillet, which is the location where Park Players has been doing their rehearsals as well as putting on live productions every Spring and Fall for the past decade or so.
The city has offered to relocate us temporarily during this period of renovations so that Park Players may continue to put on our productions, as well as finding us a place where we can continue to do our rehearsals. We are very grateful to the city for doing this, but as one might imagine, it is not an easy task to complete. Due to the logistics involved in finding us a temporary home, discussions are still ongoing and we do not know at this juncture exactly where we will be hanging our hat for the next little while.
As we find out more, we will be posting updates here, as well as on our Facebook page. We will also keep everyone who has signed up for our Marketing list in the loop with email updates.
In the meantime, Thank You!
We would like to say thank you to all of our faithful patrons, new and long-standing, for supporting us the way you do. We are hoping sincerely that this disruption does not cause any inconveniences which may cause you to not make it to our performances. We plan on continuing to put on the high quality plays you have come to expect from us, regardless of where we will be presenting them.
Looking forward to seeing you all in the near future!
